Assisted Living and special needs wings for Seniors, central kitchen and satellite dining with country kitchen commons. Formal living and dining, guest quarters and administrative areas. Two Resident wings contain two clusters each of 24 units. Each cluster has its own “living room” and “country kitchen” that is also a dining room. Meals prepared in the central kitchen are wheeled, 3 times a day, to the dining rooms. The special needs wings have 16 units in each cluster and more contained outdoor gardens. Each cluster has its own exam and medications offices, treatment spa and visiting doctor office. The plan and residential Architecture that keys off the regional Architectural style was developed by The Albert Group. We established an environment of comfort and familiarity for Seniors.
